The division into living area and sleeping area, separated by a convenient entrance, has remained original, as have many of the furnishings and objects present, dating back to the 1970s, 1980s, and 1990s of the last century.

THE STRUCTURE

The structure is located in Marche region, surrounded by the country. The medieval village of Sant’ Elpidio a Mare is located a few Km far from the adriatic coast.

The construction of the Villa dates back to the ’70 years and a family lived there for about 50 years, falling in love with its amazing position. The heirs of the Villa, who are currently the owners, have recently restructured it according to eco-sustainable methods (which let the villa be fed through heat pomps). Now, the villa is an elegant structure with the pool.

The big living area has a new induction kitchen with all the tools and home appliances that you need, and a comfortable lunch space from where you can log into the living room and the mezzanine, equipped with large windows facing on the swimming pool, the hills and the sea.

The night area has five large and comfortable rooms (two double rooms, other two double rooms with an armchair bed and a family room with a bunk bed) that can host until 14 people, and 3 bathrooms with shower.

The villa is surrounded by a big-fenced garden with a car park, a gazebo where you can eat inside, a barbecue, a pool and a dog area.
Out of the fence there is an olive grove which faces on the hills and the sea, and it’s the ideal place where you can walk close to the nature.
